Know exactly when your bus will reach your stop.
TrackMyRide shows your passengers where their bus is and tells them before it arrives — and gives you, the operator, every vehicle on one live map.
Built in Sri Lanka for office shuttles, factory buses and staff vans.
Everyone is guessing, and the phone keeps ringing.
Passengers wait at the roadside
Not knowing if the bus has passed, is late or is not coming.
Owners take the calls
“Where is the van?” twenty times every morning.
Delays reach nobody
A breakdown or road closure means everyone waits and guesses.
Three parts, and nothing to operate while driving.
A small tracker goes in each vehicle.
4G GPS, powered by the vehicle, reports every 10 seconds. Nothing for the driver to switch on.
You set up routes and invite passengers.
Draw stops on the map, share a QR code or a WhatsApp invite. Passengers join with just their name and mobile number.
Everyone sees the same live picture.
Passengers see their bus and get alerts; you see the whole fleet; drivers see who is coming today.
Leave home at the right time.

We're running TrackMyRide with a small number of transport services and setting each one up personally — trackers installed, routes drawn, passengers invited. If you run staff transport, we'd like to hear from you.
Talk to usQuestions operators ask us first.
Anything else, ask us directly — we set up every pilot personally.
Do drivers need a smartphone in the vehicle?
No — a dedicated tracker does the tracking. The driver app is optional and only shows today's run.
Do passengers need an email address?
No. They scan the invite and enter their name and mobile number.
Which phones does it work on?
Android and iPhone. It's built to work on budget phones and mobile data.
Can passengers see other routes or other people?
No. They see only their own route's vehicle, and only while the service is running.
What happens when a passenger changes phones?
You send them a one-time sign-in link from the dashboard.
What does the tracker need?
A 4G SIM with a small data plan and the vehicle's power. We install it during the pilot.
What if the bus is delayed or cancelled?
Mark it in the dashboard or the driver app; every affected passenger gets a notification.
How much does it cost?
TrackMyRide is free during the pilot. Talk to us about your fleet.
